China Southern Airlines will ensure policies and procedures, facilities are reviewed and improved on a routine basis to ensure inclusion for all.

As a commitment to providing a barrier free environment, we have assigned an accessibility leader within China Southern Airlines to have the responsibility to manage the China Southern Airlines Accessible Canada Act (ACA) plan. The accessibility leader has the authority and responsibility to identify, track and make recommendations regarding barriers that may impact all types of disabilities that China Southern Airlines passengers and or employees could face while using China Southern Airlines services. The China Southern Airlines Accessibility Leader will support our Short-term and Long-term Accessibility plans. China Southern Airlines also has an individual who will be the back up person for our Accessibility Leader. This individual will be involved in all aspects of the Accessibility plan and be ready (if required) to fulfill the role of Accessibility Leader.
