Inflight Wi-Fi Operation Guidelines of China Southern Airlines

1. Inflight Wi-Fi service will be provided when the aircraft is in the status of flat flight, which means the inflight Wi-Fi service will be automatically activated when the flight altitude is over 10,000 feet/about 3,000 meters. At that time, the Wi-Fi connecting function of personal electronic devices (mobile phones, tablets, laptops, etc.) in airplane mode will be connected to a wireless network named “CSAIR”.

2. Open the browser, enter any website or www.flycsair.com, then click “Connect to the Internet” and enter personal information for verification:

(1) When clicking the option of “mileage redemption passengers” on the page, the passengers who have redeemed for member’s exclusive Internet access package and member’s Internet access package for designated use, and exclusive monthly card can log in with their mobile phone number, ID number, membership number and Sky Pearl Club membership password.

If passengers haven’t booked the In-flight Internet service in advance, they may click " Inflight WiFi on board" in tips and connect to the Internet upon successful redemption.

(2) First class and business class passengers can click the option of “first class/business class passengers” on the page, and log in with the seat number or the ID number (last four digits) used for purchasing the ticket.
