3. 3.According to the regulations of the Civil Aviation Administration of China, passengers younger than 15 (inclusive), older than 65 (inclusive), with limited mobility, lack of good Chinese language skills, information transmission capabilities, and infant care, and pregnant or disabled passengers are not allowed to choose emergency exit seats. When necessary, both physically and verbally are capable of assisting in performing emergency evacuation obligations. *Refund / Exchange Regulation：

1. 1.Limited to the paid seat selection products provided by the actual carrier flights of China Southern Airlines between Los Angeles and Guangzhou;
2. 2.You can voluntarily apply for refund of paid seat selection products through the original purchase channel 48 hours before the flight takes off (excluding);
3. 3.The paid seat selection products shall not be refunded within 48 hours (inclusive) before and after the flight takes off; If a passenger buys seat selection service or upgrade on a new flight or handles upgrade service on the original flight when his ticket changes voluntarily, he can call China Southern Airlines Sales Service Hotline 95539 to apply for refund of the original paid seat selection product;
4. 4.If the passenger fails to meet the requirements for taking the seat at the emergency exit due to his own reasons, no refund can be handled;
5. 5.If the passenger fails to take the paid pre-selected seat due to model change, time change, flight cancellation and check-in seat adjustment, he can apply for full refund of the seat selection fee through the original purchase channel;
6. 6.If the passenger fails to take the paid pre-selected seat due to involuntary change, re-fund or transfer of the ticket, he can apply for full refund of the seat selection fee through the original purchase channel or apply for transfer to the seat with the same price 48 hours (excluding) before the departure of the new flight;
