Recently, on the aircrafts of China Southern Airlines B787-9 and A330 equipped with free on-board Internet service, after the passengers are connected to the network, the pop-up access portal cannot display the button “Connect to Internet”. The passengers on B787-9 can enter any address in the address bar of browser and then enter authentication information in the pop-up login page to have normal access to the Internet. The passengers on A330 have no access to Internet for the time being, but may enjoy the entertainment content in on-board LAN, such as videos and magazines.
