Notice on Subsequent Ticketing Service for Passengers on China Southern Airlines International Flights Bound for Beijing to Designated First Points of Entry into China

Dear Passengers,

Subject to the Notice of the Civil Aviation Administration of China, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, National Health Commission, General Administration of Customs, and National Immigration Administration on Diverting International Flights Bound for Beijing to Designated First Points of Entry into China (No. 2), starting from 00:00 of March 23 Beijing time, the first entry point of Amsterdam-Beijing flights operated by China Southern Airlines (CSAir) is Shenyang. In response to the pandemic, CSAir will provide subsequent ticketing services for affected passengers, as follows:

I. For passengers required to be quarantined in the first point of entry, after the quarantine ends:

1. If the final destination of the ticket is Beijing, the passenger will be given priority to take a CSAir flight to Beijing with available seats.

2. If the final destination of the ticket is a province or city in China other than Beijing, the passenger may change the itinerary listed in the original ticket for free, and re-book a direct or connection flight operated by CSAir from the first point of entry to the destination indicated in the original ticket.

3. If a passenger voluntarily gives up his/ her subsequent booked itinerary, CSAir will assist with the free refund of the remaining segments of the original ticket.

II. For passengers who meet the boarding conditions in the first point of entry upon quarantine:

1. If the final destination of the ticket is Beijing, the passenger will take the original flight to Beijing.

2. If the final destination of the ticket is the first point of entry, the passenger may terminate the original itinerary, and CSAir will assist with the free refund of the remaining segments of the original ticket.

3. If the final destination of the ticket is a province or city in China other than Beijing, the passenger may continue the original itinerary. If the original scheduled flight cannot be connected, CSAir will assist with the free change or refund of the subsequent segments of the ticket. Where the epidemic prevention and control policy at the first point of entry allows, CSAir may also assist the passenger to change the itinerary for free, and re-book a direct or connection flight operated by CSAir from the first point of entry to the destination indicated in the original ticket.
