1. Golf equipment includes a golf bag (including golf balls and golf clubs) and a pair of golf shoes.
Note: One set of golf clubs can include a maximum of 14 clubs, 12 balls, and one pair of shoes.
2. Charges on domestic flights:
2.1. Charges are levied based on the fees for 6kg of excess baggage. Charges are only applied if the above items are not included in the free baggage allowance for the cabin class paid for by the traveler.
2.2. If the golf equipment is included in the free baggage allowance, the overweight baggage charge shall be applied as per the above-mentioned special charges or the general charges for excess baggage (whichever is less.)
2.3.If the golf equipment is not included in the free baggage allowance and the overweight baggage exceeds 15kg, the overweight baggage charge shall be applied as per the general charges for excess baggage. The regulations state that the first 15kg of overweight baggage is calculated according to the special charge per 6kg of overweight baggage, and every kilogram in excess of the first 15kg shall be charged for in accordance with the general charge for excess baggage.
2.4 Each passenger may only carry one set of golf clubs at this discounted rate.
3. Charges on international flights:
3.1. Each adult traveler may transport one set of golf equipment free of charge.The total weight of the equipment must not exceed 23kg. The linear dimensions of this equipment must not exceed 158cm (62 inches).
Any weight exceeding the free baggage allowance will be charged for in the same way as general excess baggage.
