Can I cancel my transaction after making a payment?

Because the payment might be deducted from the card at any time after it is approved by the card-issuing institution, you cannot cancel a transaction.

We will arrange a refund if it is allowed (based on conditions of ticket use). However, you might need to pay some commission and refund fees.

What should I pay attention to at the last stage of payment?
During the last stage of payment, please do not click on “back”, “submit”, or “refresh”, or close the window. This is to prevent double deductions happening on your account or the ticket booking not being finalized after the payment is made.
What if the ticket is not booked successfully but the payment is made?
This might happen due to a system error.
