Terms & conditions:

1. Promotion period: 11 November 2019 - 15 November 2019

2. Coupon applicable dates: 11 November 2019 - 30 November 2019

3. Travel dates: 5 June 2020 - 1 September 2020

4. The coupons can only be used by the members who collects them to buy tickets for themselves.

5. The ticket coupons can be used when you buy tickets on the China Southern Airlines Malaysia website(PC&mobile).

6. The MYR100 international coupons can only be used to buy international flight tickets worth MYR1000 or above (taxes and dues excluded).

7. The coupons will be sent to the members' accounts. Please check via [Personality>Coupon] for more details.

8. One passenger can only use one international coupon for one order. Each coupon can be used only once.

9. Coupons used for an unpaid order remain usable during validity after the order is cancelled.

10. The coupons apply to all the international flights carried by China Southern Airlines.

11. In case of refunding, if a coupon has been used for a certain leg, the refund amount will be calculated after the coupon amount is deducted from that leg.

12. A coupon becomes invalid and cannot be used again if it has been used for a voluntarily or involuntarily changed/refunded ticket.
