Coupon usage rules:

1. Coupons can only be used by members themselves.

2. Coupons can only be used when purchasing tickets on the Chinese and English pages of this website.

3. The coupon usage conditions are subject to the account display.

4. The coupon can be used from June 9, 2023 to December 30, 2023, for flight date from June 9, 2023 to December 30, 2023. The maximum discount is 5% of the purchased ticket, and the applicable class and other usage conditions of the coupon are subject to those displayed in the member account.

5. Coupons for this event can be used to purchase China Southern Airlines’ international/regional flights. Flights of other airlines and code-share flights are not currently supported.

6. Coupon is only applicable to pay for ticket fare, not applicable for airport construction fees, fuel surcharges and other related taxes, change fees, and upgrade fees, refund fees and other fees.

7. When purchasing international/regional tickets, the same passenger can only use one coupon for the same flight segment, and each coupon can only be used once.

8. Once voluntary refunds are made, the coupon used will become invalid automatically.

9. When the coupon is used, a voluntary refund or date change can only be made via the official website of China Southern Airlines.

10. Coupons are non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn in cash. China Southern Airlines reserves the right to hold passengers accountable for any unauthorized transfer or malicious cashing of coupons.

11. Please be sure to keep the coupon code well. Coupons cannot be reissued in case of loss.

12. Coupons are valid within 30 days after receipt.
