If you do not wish to board the new flight after the transfer, you may change your reservation to the same seat class on China Southern's own flight operated between 6 days before and 13 days after the original boarding date (e.g., if the original boarding date is June 22, you may change your reservation one time only to the same seat class on China Southern's own flight between June 16 and July 5)forfree of charge.
Passengerswho have purchased tickets through China Southern Airlines' official website, China Southern Airlines' officialAPP (Chinese only),and other China Southern Airlines' official channels can change or refund their reservations by going to the "Official website > OnlineService > Change/Refund" or "OfficialAPP >Change/Refund".Passengers who purchased tickets through other channels can make changes to their reservations or obtain refunds at the place of ticket purchase.
