Dear customers,
In response to a request from the Civil Aviation Administration of China, effective January 8, 2023, the intensive quarantine for international passengers arriving in China and the quarantine epidemic control measures for passengers and cargo entering China will be abolished. Accordingly, China Southern Airlines will fully resume special passenger services on international flights. Details are as follows.
1. Types of services to be resumed
(1) Applicable flights
International flights operated by China Southern Airlines' own aircraft and crew.
(2) Types of special services to be resumed
Unaccompanied minors/youth service, various services for the elderly (including unaccompanied minors service for the elderly), and pet transportation service.

From January 8, 2023

Applications can be made at China Southern Airlines directly operated branches and customer service hotline (95539).
4．Precautions
On some international flights, special services may not be provided properly due to COVID-19 control measures in the local country. Please contact the nearest China Southern Airlines directly operated branch or customer service hotline (95539) for inquiries and procedures prior to departure.
