Am I required to change my initial password after becoming a new member?

CSN Sky Pearl Club will initially set a password for each member. Members are strongly advised to change their initial password upon registration. Your password is important in identifying your membership mileage account and ensures greater security and confidentiality of your mileage account, so please keep it confidential and change it frequently. Members should never reveal his/her password to any unauthorized party. The CSN Sky Pearl Club accepts all mileage transactions with correct passwords and holds no liability for any loss of mileage if members reveal their password to an unauthorized party or if anyone uses their password without approval.

If I forget my password, what should I do?

If you forget your password, please visit skypearl.csair.com and click the link of “Forget Password” under the login box to reset your password; or call the sales service hotline of CSN – 95539 to reset your password.

If I lose my membership card, how can I apply for a new one?

You could call the sales service hotline of CSN (domestic: 95539 or international: 8620-86682000) to apply for a new one, or request the call center operator to send your membership card number to your cellphone. As long as you inform the check-in counters of your membership card number when you order seats and tickets and check in at the airport, you will be able to accumulate your mileage.

If I have two membership card numbers, can I apply to merge these?

If you have two or more different mileage accounts, you can call the sales service hotline of CSN (domestic: 95539 or international: 8620-86682000) to apply to merge these and have all of your flight mileage merged into one designated membership card number for better management and use of your mileage.

If you have a Gold card / Silver card and a Base card, it is suggested you merge all of your flight mileage into the Gold card / Silver card to continue to enjoy the mileage and service benefits of the elite membership card.

How could I change my personal information?

Log in skypearl.csair.com and get access to your personal mileage account with your membership card number and password, and change online; or call the sales service hotline of CSN (domestic: 95539 or international: 8620-86682000) to change your personal information.

If I misspell my name, what should I do?

As names are important aspects of personal information, where alteration is necessary, please call the sales service hotline of CSN (domestic: 95539 or international: 8620-86682000) and, as instructed by the staff member, fax your required personal documents to the CSN Sky Pearl Club for the alteration.

Can I select the language of the letters and emails I receive?

You can select your contact language (Chinese / English) when you fill in the application form or log in to skypearl.csair.com to get access to your personal mileage account with your membership card number and password. If you use the latter, you can do so in the “Contact Language” bar.

Can I request my mileage statements to be sent regularly?

When the mileage in your account changes, such as the accumulation or consumption of mileage, we will send a short notification message (applicable only to subscribers of China Mobile, China Unicom and China Telecom) to your cellphone. Therefore, it is recommended that your cellphone number is updated in a timely way.

If your mileage changes fewer than three times every two months, we will send your mileage statements bimonthly to your cellphone. However, if your mileage changes three times or more in two months, we will bimonthly post your mileage statement to you, so please ensure your mailing address is up to date.

How can I inquire into my mileage?

Log in skypearl.csair.com and gain access to your personal mileage account with your membership card number and password to inquire about the accumulation and consumption of your mileage. In addition, you can send a short message containing the words “Mileage” and “Membership card number/ID number” to 95539 for your mileage information.

Can I share my member accounts of the CSN Sky Pearl Club with my family?

Member accounts of the CSN Sky Pearl Club are only reserved for its members, but you can redeem your mileage for free award tickets and award upgrades for your family members or friends.

Which online services can members of the CSN Sky Pearl Club enjoy?

You can log in skypearl.csair.com to apply for membership of the CSN Sky Pearl Club online, inquire about the accumulation and consumption of mileage in your account, update your personal information and view the latest information and promotions of the CSN Sky Pearl Club.

How is the mileage of passenger tickets ordered through 114 managed?

The mileage management rules are the same as those for the official website of CSN: www.csair.com.

What benefits can I get from ID Authentication?

After going through ID authentication, you can select the following service items on skypearl.csair.com: redeem mileages for award ticket (for others), redeem mileages for other (non-aviation) rewards, manage redemption assignees, customize services, and add / modify ID number.

How can I handle identity authentication?

If the member does it by him/herself, he/she shall bring the original copy of his/her valid ID and CSN Sky Pearl Club membership card, and present a valid cellphone number in China (either a China Mobile, China Unicom or China Telecom number) or an email address for receipt of the password.

If the member authorizes another person to do it, apart from the above, the original copy of the designated person’s valid ID shall be presented as well.
