Check-in and Boarding Guide
Check-in counter locations
China Southern Airlines check-in counters at Incheon International Airport are located at Terminal 1, H1-H18 with 18 manned counters in total. Counters H10-H18 may be used by other airlines if flight schedules demand it.
Boarding gate locations
China Southern boarding gates are usually Gates 121-132 at Concourse (this could change for a variety of reasons; please refer to airport announcements on that day). After going through security, take the elevator in front of Gate 28 down to underground floor 2 to board the shuttle train. Exit the train at Concourse and go up to floor 3 to arrive at the boarding gates.

Check-in and boarding cutoff times
Check-in counters: 80 minutes before the estimated departure time of the flight.
Boarding gates: 20 minutes before the estimated departure time of the flight.
China Southern Airlines VIP Lounge
China Southern Airlines has access to two lounges at Incheon Airport KAL LOUNGE and SKY HUB LOUNGE.
KAL LOUNGE: Level 4 of Terminal 1, above Boarding Gate 28.
SKY HUB LOUNGE: Level 4 of Concourse Terminal (Ca), above Boarding Gate 115.
