I. General regulations

(I) Sales units shall strictly adhere to the principle that the price should correspond to the booked cabin class, and must not sell higher cabin classes at lower prices.

(II) For passenger tickets that are issued by combining the one-way fares of cabins to book in different segments, the conditions of use for each segment shall be implemented according to the regulations of the corresponding cabin class level.

(III) Individual passengers who meet the requirements specified in these conditions shall be prioritized for implementation per these conditions. For matters not specified, the implementation shall follow CSN's new version of China Southern Airlines Company Limited General Conditions of Domestic Carriage for Passenger & Baggage.

(IV) Sales units shall inform passengers in advance about the relevant conditions of use when selling passenger tickets for each cabin class to prevent complaints.

(V) These regulations apply to CSN's domestic individual passenger cabins. Other uses of the cabins shall be implemented according to other specified documents, while other cabins not mentioned shall be dealt with per specific carriage fare regulations.

II. Application scope

These regulations apply to CSN's domestic air routes actually carried by CSN and by other airlines with the flight number of CSN (namely, CSN's code-sharing flights); air routes issued with the valid CSN domestic carriage documents (including BSP passenger tickets confirmed with "784"); and domestic air routes that have signed a reciprocal sales agreement with CSN and use tickets from other airlines.

III. Period of validity for passenger tickets

(I) Unless otherwise specified, a passenger ticket is valid for one year from the start of the passenger's first journey. If the ticket remains completely unused, it is valid for one year from the date of issuance. For open tickets, the validity period is one year from the date of issuance.

(II) The validity period of a passenger ticket is calculated from the start of the first flight segment or the midnight of the day following the ticket issuance until the midnight of the day following the expiration date.

IV. Reservation and ticketing

(I) Reservations must be made per the cabins as specified by the fares.

(II) The ticketing time limit is based on the information displayed in the reservation system.

(III) The passenger ticket must be issued in the corresponding cabin class. The ticket must be correctly filled out with the required information in the fare class, fare, and endorsement columns. Discounted tickets must have the endorsement "Airline change not allowed/change and cancellation fees" in the endorsement column or be filled out according to the regulations of the relevant product.

(IV) The ticket face value should be filled in according to the actual payment amount by the passenger. The amount should be rounded to the nearest ten yuan in Chinese currency, and the specific price should be based on the fare published in the reservation system.

(V) Issuance of open passenger tickets

1. F/J/W/Y-class passenger tickets, as well as tickets for regular children/infants/revolutionary disabled servicemen/people's policemen disabled in the line of duty, are allowed to be issued as open tickets for the entire journey;

Ticket fare difference: Refers to the fare difference incurred by passengers when voluntarily changing from a lower fare to a higher fare.

The change and cancellation fees are calculated based on the time of seat cancellation.

Change fee, cancellation fee, and cabin fare differences are all calculated based on the face value of the passenger ticket.

(I) Please refer to the attached table for the specific charging standards for voluntary changes and ticket cancellation processing fees.

(II) Other regulations on voluntary changes

3. If there is no fare difference after the change, the change fee will be charged as per the regulations. However, if there is a fare difference resulting from the change, the following regulations shall apply:

a. Changes between different cabin classes, from higher to lower fares, will be processed as voluntary ticket cancellations. For changes from lower fares to higher fares, change fees and fare differences will be collected. For the same fare, only change fees will be charged.

b. For changes within the same sub-cabin, change fees, and fare differences will be charged. If the new fare is lower than the original fare (The new passenger ticket will be filled with the original fare), the fare difference will not be refunded, and only change fees will be charged, or the change will be handled as a voluntary ticket cancellation.

c. The fare needs to be recalculated for each change. If there is no fare available for the desired cabin class, even if the cabin class becomes available, changes will not be accepted, or the change will be processed as a voluntary ticket cancellation.

d. If the flight and date of the passenger ticket remain unchanged, and only the cabin class is changed, then only the fare difference will be charged.
