CZ326 SYD-CAN Flight Travel Requirements

Dear Passengers,

To ensure the safety of passengers, reduce cross-border transmission of Covid-19, the Embassy and Consulate-Generals of China issued “Notice on China-bound foreign passengers(Mar-25-2022)”. According to requirements of the notice, China Southern Airlines have made changes on health checks for passenger travelling with CZ326 (Sydney - Guangzhou), passengers who travel on this flight are required to follow these instructions.

1. Complete one rapid antigen test with report on the same day of boarding

After April 1st 2022 (inclusive), passengers travelling with flight CZ326 (Sydney-Guangzhou) should take one rapid antigen test (RAT) on the same day of boarding at an Australian institution, and the report should include the institution, the collecting time and the result. The RAT report does not need to be uploaded to the Embassy or Consulate-Generals but will be examined by the airlines.

2. Obtain Electronic Health Declaration Form

(1) Complete one nucleic acid test 7 days before boarding, take a self-health monitoring for 7 days and fill in Personal Health Monitoring Form.

(2) Please take corresponding instructions according to your vaccination status.

(3) The passengers should apply for the Electronic Health Declaration Form by logging on the website of http://hrhk.cs.mfa.gov.cn/H5/ via computer or smart phone. You can fill in the information, declare the health status and upload relevant documents online.

4. Passenger pre-departure checklist

Please prepare the above-mentioned relevant materials when you check-in at the airport, China Southern Airlines will verify all required documents upon check-in. According to the notice of the Chinese Embassy in Australia, if you fail to provide the relevant materials, China Southern Airlines has the rights to decline your check in.
