Notification on Suspension of Seat Reservation and Online Check-in Service

Dear passengers,

Being affected by the COVID-19 epidemic, China Southern Airlines is now suspending seat reservation and online check-in service for all flights, as follows:

1. Starting from March 27, 2020, seat reservation and online check-in service will be suspended, and the resumption time is yet to be determined.

2. Due to the impact of the epidemic, your seat(s) may be adjusted. If you paid for your seat, you may apply for a refund at the original purchase channel after seat adjustment. Seats purchased through official website of China Southern Airlines, APP or "China Southern E-travel" WeChat applet can be handled by contacting CSAIR's customer service hotline (95539 in China and +86-4008695539 abroad).

3. It is recommended that you reserve sufficient time to arrive at the airport to handle boarding pass, luggage check-in services, etc.

China Southern Airlines will pay close attention to the development of the epidemic, adjust flight policies in due course according to national policies and the needs of passengers, to provide safety guarantee for passengers to travel.
