Simply purchase your tickets through China Southern Airlines Canada’s official website at
https://www.csair.com/ca. Tickets purchased must meet the listed rules in order to be entered into
the drawing.
- 1.Date of purchase: September 27, 2019 - October 27, 2019.
- 2.Date of travel: November 1, 2019 - September 27, 2020.
- 3.Itinerary: One-way or round-trip tickets traveling from U.S. or Canada to China or other Asian countries.
- 4.Only flights operated by China Southern Airlines trans-Pacific flights will be eligible. Codeshare and connecting flights will not be eligible.

- 5.In the event that all Business Cabin seats are sold out and I and D cabins are unavailable, the ticket cannot be upgraded and a voucher will be issued for a future upgrade.
- 6.Each adult or child passenger may only be entered once in the Lucky Draw. Infant passengers who do not occupy a seat are not eligible for the promotion.
- 7.Upgrade award is non-transferrable.
- 8.Upgrade award must be redeemed before November 27, 2019. Any expiration will be considered abandonment of the upgrade award.
- 9.Canceling or changing flights will be considered abandonment of the upgrade award.
- 10.Upgrade award cannot be exchanged for any cash value.
- 11.This promotion is only available to China Southern Airlines’ Sky Pearl members.
- 12.The final interpretation rights belong to China Southern Airlines North America.

The drawing will be held on October 28, 2019 at China Southern Airlines North America Regional Office in Los Angeles. At that time, China Southern will randomly select five (5) lucky winners and notify the winners by email. Winners will also be announced on the China Southern Canada website and relevant social media pages. To protect privacy, only part of the name and the first few characters of the registered email address will be published.
