“Flight + Hotel” Package Terms and Rules

  • I. Reservation Notices and Rules
    • 1. Please complete the payment within 30 minutes after successful online reservation of Flight + Hotel Package; otherwise, the system will automatically cancel your reserved seats and hotel room.
    • 2. You can reserve hotel rooms instead of beds, e.g. 1 room for 2 adults, 2 rooms for 3 adults.
      If you need extra beds, please apply directly at the hotel reception and pay relevant fees at the same time.
    • 3. For one-way tickets, hotel check-in date shall be no earlier than the flight departure date, with no limitation on check-out date; for round-trip tickets, check-in date and check-out date can be the same as departure date and return date respectively or in between.
    • 4. Check-in Time and Check-out Time: Check in after 2:00pm; check out before 12:00 noon.
    • 5. Early Check-in: Fees for early check-in (if any) should be paid by passengers at the hotel reception in accordance with the standards of the hotel.
    • 6. Retention Time: Reservations will be held until 12:00 noon the next day after the check-in date. Should there be any no-show (failing to check in during the retention time), the reservation will not be retained and the advance payment will not be refunded.
    • 7. Early Check-out: The advance payment will not be refunded.
    • 8.Stay Extension: For extension of stay, please contact the hotel directly. Passengers should pay all charges due to the extension at the hotel reception.
    • 9. Room Rate: Flight + Hotel room will be charged at the special package rate, which includes net room rate, taxes and fees. Room rate should be prepaid by passengers online, while other fees incurred in the hotel should be paid at the hotel reception.
    • 10. Successful reservation and validity of Flight + Hotel Packages is subject to the confirmation sent by the customer service staff of China Southern Airlines.
    • 11. Any dispute arising from the services in these Terms and Rules should be submitted to the court where the domicile of China Southern Airlines Co., Ltd (the Company) is located if failed to be resolved in time through mutual negotiations.
    • 12. Without written authorization of the legal representative of the Company, no sales, service or relevant staff has the right to change these Terms and Rules. By accepting the Flight + Hotel Package service, you fully agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions herein.
  • II. Change & Cancellation Rules (In case of change or cancellation, please inform us in advance via our customer service hotline 40066 95539)
    • 1. Flight Change and Cancellation: First Class: no charge for refund or change; Business Class: no charge for refund or change; Premium Economy Class: no charge for change, but 5% of the fare will be charged for refund; Smart Business: no charge for change, but 5% of the fare will be charged for refund; Smart Traveler: a change fee of 10% of the fare and a refund fee of 20% of the fare will be charged; Smart Flier: non-changeable and non-refundable.
    • 2. Hotel Change & Cancellation: You can not change the hotel once your order of the Flight + Hotel Package is confirmed. For cancellations, please inform us at least four days in advance; otherwise one additional night room rate will be charged. If otherwise provided, the reservation rules published on the website for the hotel products reserved shall prevail.
    • 3. Cancellation any of the products in the Flight + Hotel Package will lead to cancellation of all products in the Flight + Hotel Package, and the special package price will no longer be available.
    • 4. In case of flight cancellation or delay due to force majeure or the airlines, the following rules shall apply:
      Flight: can be changed or refunded free of charge. Hotel: in the event of flight change or cancellation, please contact our customer service staff as soon as you receive relevant notice so that we can coordinate with the hotel in time. Change or cancellation of hotel rooms may lead to a certain amount of fees charged by the hotel, which should be subject to the specific rules of the hotel.
  • III. Special Note
    • 1. For whatever reasons, the Company’s liability for damages for a “Flight + Hotel” Package shall be limited to the specific price of the Package. Any dispute arising from the services in these Terms and Rules should be submitted to the court where the domicile of the Company is located if failed to be resolved in time through mutual negotiations.
    • 2. Without written authorization of the legal representative of the Company, no sales, service or relevant staff has the right to change this Terms and Rules. By accepting the Flight + Hotel Package service, you fully agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions herein.
