How to use the coupons
1、 Date to get the coupons: July 22 to August 3, 2019
2、 Date to use the coupons: July 28 to August 3, 2019
3、 Travel date applicable: August 3 to October 9, 2019
4、 The coupons can only be used to purchase tickets by Sky Pearl members themselves.
5、 The coupons can only be used when purchasing flights on China Southern Airlines Singapore website.
6、 International flight coupons in the amount of SGD35 can only be used on plane tickets above SGD350 excluding taxes. International flight coupons in the amount of SGD50 can only be used on plane tickets above SGD500 excluding taxes.
7、 Find your vouchers in [My account > Coupons].
8、 One coupon can only be applied to one order from one passenger. Each coupon can only be redeemed one time.
9、 The coupons are only applicable to one-way/round-trip international flights departing from Singapore that are actually operated by China Southern Airlines, not including domestic flights or overseas flights originating in China.
10、 The coupons cannot be exchanged for cash. They can only be used to purchase plane tickets, excluding taxes (such as airport charges), penalty fee, upgrading fee and so on.
11、 Unredeemed coupons released from unpaid orders can be used again upon the cancellation of the order before the expiration date.
12、 In case of tickets refund, passengers will receive a refund for the portion of the purchase they paid for, but not for the amount of the coupon they used for this purchase.
13、 Once the coupons are used, they cannot be reused in case of any voluntary/involuntary ticket refund and change.
