Terms & Conditions:

1. Promotion period:  23 May 2019 -  03 Jun 2019

2. Coupon period: 28 May 2019 - 3 Jun 2019

3. Travel dates: 28 June 2019 - 26 Sep 2019

4. The coupons can only be used by the members who collects them to buy tickets for themselves.

5. The ticket coupons can be used when you buy tickets on the China Southern Airlines Singapore website(PC).

6. The SGD 25 international coupons can only be used to buy international flight tickets worth SGD 500 or above (taxes and dues excluded), SGD 35 international coupons can only be used to buy bussiness class or first class international flight tickets worth SGD 350 or above (taxes and dues excluded).

7. The coupons only apply on international flights departing from Singapore carried by China Southern Airlines.

8. The coupons will be sent to the members' accounts. Please check via [Personality > Coupons]for more detail.

9. One passenger can only use one international coupon for one order. Each coupon can be used only once.

10. Coupons used for an unpaid order remain usable during validity after the order is canceled.

11. In case of refunding, if a coupon has been used for a certain leg, the refund amount will be calculated after the coupon amount is deducted from that leg.

12. A coupon becomes invalid and cannot be used again if it has been used for a voluntarily or involuntarily changed/refunded ticket.

13. Tickets paid using a coupon can only be changed or refunded via 95539 or email to rfd@csair.com
