Dear Passengers:
Due to the incidents that took place in Turkey on July 16, 2016, in order to protect your safety and to facilitate your ticket refund, China Southern has made the following notice about refund and change of related tickets.
1. Applicable tickets: Tickets in CZ stock, whose ticket date is on/before July 16, 2016, and whose air itinerary involves direct segment(s) between Beijing/Urumqi and Istanbul on China Southern flights departing on/after July 15, 2016 and on/before July 20, 2016.
2. Processing: for totally unused tickets, if refund is processed on/before July 31, 2016, the tickets are allowed to be refunded within their validity exempt from refund fee (including tickets whose fare rules indicate non-refundable). For partially used tickets, if request is filed on/before 31July, 2016, the tickets can be processed with Involuntary rules for change, refund and endorsement.
3. You could process change, refund and endorsement through the following means: the sales offices of CSAIR, customer service hotline (+86)4008695539, CSAIR official website and the relevant ticket agent.
