Rules and conditions:
1、 Voucher can be used by the member itself only.
2、 Voucher can only be used when tickets are purchased via the English and Chinese homepage on the official China Southern NL website .
3、 The voucher applies for the following travel period: 5 October-15 December.
The voucher validity period of usage is 22 July–11 August 2019. The voucher of EUR 20 and EUR 50 is applicable for (Economy) booking classes Y/P/B/M/H/K/U/A/L/Q/E/V/Z/T/N (except O/R/G/X). The voucher of EUR 35 and EUR 100 is applicable for (Business) booking classes F/J/C/D/I.
4、 Vouchers can be redeemed for paying the ticket price, but not for paying the taxes and fees including airport fees, fuel surcharges, other related taxes, upgrade and refund fees etc. The maximum deducted amount is 10% of the purchased ticket price.
5、 When purchasing an international ticket, only one voucher can be used for the same order for the same passenger, so each voucher is valid only once.
6、 In case of ticket refund, the used voucher will be automatically voided and not be refunded.
7、 When the ticket is purchased with the voucher, the changes and refund can only be done via the official China Southern website.
8、 The vouchers are not transferable and cannot be withdrawn. If it is privately transferred or maliciously cashed, China Southern reserves the right to investigate the passenger liability.
9、 Make sure to save the voucher code. If the voucher is lost, it will not be reissued.
10、 Voucher will be found in the China Southern FFP member’s account.
