Dear all passengers:
In order to safeguard passengers’ rights and interest, our company decides to add non-voluntary follow-on handling rules with regards to international and domestic transportation preferential price tickets of China Southern Airlines, meanwhile, restate the definition of combined transportation, the details are as following:
1. Non-voluntary change of preferential price tickets
(1) Applicable scope: international and domestic tickets enjoying preferential price(including foreign airline tickets), including tickets with direct deduction of transportation price and ticket reserving cabin seat of A/F//JW/Y. Full price tickets with ticket reserving cabin seat of A/F/J/W/Y are exemption.
(2) Where passengers handle non-voluntary change and do not accept uniform arrangement of the airline company, they are allowed to change once for free, and the scope of date for change of flight can be chosen:
1. For airlines executed every day, three days before or after the original seat reserving date of flights with change or flights with follow-on combined journey (including the day when the flight takes off)
2. For airlines not executed every day, seven days before or after the original seat reserving date of flights with change or flights with follow-on combined journey (including the day when the flight takes off);
Those exceeding the time scope shall be handled in accordance with full ticket returning. Others shall be executed in accordance with relevant original rules.
2. Successive transportation
(1) Successive transportation refers to transportation in which passengers’ journey exceeds above one flights in one ticket or in the single transportation contract composed of successive tickets. Successive journey ticket price is to add price of tickets of flight sections, or is given proper discount as the full journey ticket price, which is shown in single transportation contract.
(2) If flights of China Southern Airlines have abnormalities, which cause change or connecting errors of successive transportation journey to the same transportation contract, flights which have changes or flights affected under the contract can be conducted non-voluntary follow-on handling together. Tickets issued not under the same transportation contract shall not be viewed that flights affected are conducting non-voluntary follow-on handling.
(3) Successive journey tickets must be used by sequence.
(4) If there are any conflict between the above rules and other documents and rules of China Southern Airlines, these rules shall prevail.
