Notes

1.China Southern is committed to keeping passengers provided special meals for the holy religion faith and medical reason. Please dial our customer service hotline 95539 and submit your special requirement against flight food at least 24 hours before aboard.

2.Kosher Meal is only available for the flights which are departure from Guangzhou to Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, Auckland, Paris, Amsterdam, London, Los Angeles, Vancouver, Moscow, Dubai and Beijing to Dubai. Order for Kosher Meal should be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled flight.

3.Special Meal reservation is only available for dinner, snack and light meal. Each passenger can only apply for one special meal on their scheduled flight (The second choice is baby meal which is exception)

4.Please understand if flight was delayed, cancelled or flight change, the meal ordered might be affected.

5.If passenger make a reservation for the special meal (for health or special reason) which is not include among the special meal list, please provide accurate, detail and clear information to our customer service. Our staff will prompt reply your reservation.

This meal is non-vegetarian, Indian style meal prepared according to Hindu customs, except: Beef, Veal, Pork, Smoked Fish and Raw Fish.

This pre-packed meal is prepared according to Jewish religious specifications and dietary laws. And it was purchased from reputable manufacturers.
Moslem Meal

This meal is prepared according to Halal dietary laws. No alcohol, pork, pig by-product. Excludes gelatine, scale or fins less fish

This meal is soft texture, low fiber and without gastric irritation item ( e.g. black pepper, chili powder, caffeine and alcohol)
Diabetic Meal

Sugar free, low salt, no fried food. With complex carbohydrates, high fibre, low fat and calories. Suitable for both non-insulin and insulin-dependent diabetics.
Low Calorie Meal

This meal is limit to use those ingredient which are contained fat, MSG, gravy, and fried food, sugar-rich items is also restricted.
Low Fat Meal

This meal is use low cholesterol, high fiber ingredient, without red meat, fried food and fatty foods.
Low Salt Meal
LSML
This meal is limit to use those ingredient which are contained natural salt and sodium. No salt added.
Low Lactose Meal

All dairy products omitted.
Gluten Intolerant Meal

Gluten free diet avoids gluten which is found in wheat, rye, barley, bran and oats
Liquid Diet Meal

Only liquid or slightly thickened soups, pureed vegetables

This meal is a combination of raw fruits and/or vegetables.
Vegetarian Vegan Meal

Vegetarian food prepared in Chinese style, which does not contain any meat, seafood, egg or dairy product.

Vegetarian Jain Meal

Vegetarian food prepared in Indian style, based on Jain customs. No meat, seafood, egg and dairy products are used in the preparation of this meal. Onion, garlic, ginger, mushroom and root or bulbous vegetables are also not used
Vegetarian Indian Meal

Indian style, spicy vegetarian combinations, with limited use of dairy products. No meat, seafood or egg.
