SkyPearl Club members can earn mileages either by flying China Southern’s segments or segments of Partner airlines (including American Alirlines, Aerolíneas Argentinas, Air Europa, Air France, Alitalia, China Airlines, Czech Airlines, Delta Air Lines, KLM, Korean Air, MEA, Vietnam Airlines and Xiamen Airlines,Sichuan Airlines) within global network. The mileage earned could be used to redeemed Award tickets on China Southern and Partner Airlines’ flights, and will counted into Elite Qualifying Miles (EQM) and Elite Qualifying Segment (EQS), helping you to gain SkyPearl Elite access quicker.
In addition, more channels to earn mileages are available for SkyPearl members through extensive cross-industry cooperation. Fill in the Membership Application Form at our ticketing offices at airports or on CSAIR flights to apply for membership.
Please make sure that the name entered is consistent with your travel documents (ID card, passport, etc.). Nickname is not allowed. Please fill in your appellation accurately. Such personal information will be printed on your membership card so that we can provide you with better services.
We will send your SkyPearl membership card number to your mobile phone so that you can check it at any time and use it for mileage accumulation. You can also learn about changes in your mileage account on a timely basis via mileage receipt and consumption notification messages sent to your mobile phone. Subscribers of China Mobile, China Unicom and China Telecom can enjoy such SMS notification service.
China Southern Airlines SkyPearl Club has launched E-card service. Members may download electronic membership cards through CSAir official website and app. For physical membership cards, please log in to the account on CSAir official website or call 95539 to apply. Note: For CSAir Gold, Silver Card members, and new eligible* members overseas and in Hong Kong and Taiwan, physical membership cards will still be mailed (*The condition is that there are at least 3 flight segments with accumulation class, or the total mileage is 1,500 km or more in the member’s account).
