Travelers who are eligible to change their ticket can follow these procedures:
Online:
Please contact the original ticket issuer to handle the change. Passengers who purchased their tickets on the official website of CSAIR can make changes at www.csair.com, while those who purchased their tickets on other websites need to go to the original ticketing website.
At the airport:
1. High-end passengers
High-end domestic self-service check-in kiosks are located at C01, C02, D01 and D02 of Terminal T2, and high-end international self-service check-in kiosks are located at Q01-02 of Terminal T2.
2. Domestic flights
If you are in the check-in area, please go to the E35 - 36/F01 - 02/H01 - 02 check-in duty manager counter.
If you are in the boarding area without any checked baggage, please go to CSAIR's comprehensive service counter. If you have any checked baggage, please go to the check-in duty manager counter in the check-in area.
3. International flights
A. Under normal circumstances, if you want to change your ticket on your own, please go to the ticketing counter (N01-02)
B. In case of a flight delay, if you want to change your ticket, please go to the duty manager counter (N35-36,P01-02)
A ticket can be refunded only by the issuing party;
You can print the Proof of Delay via CSAIR's self-service check-in kiosks, or apply for the electronic version via CSAIR's public WeChat account, app or official website.
1. Domestic flights
In case of flight delay or cancellation, please pick up your baggage at the super-large baggage counter in the domestic departures hall; in case of massive flight delays or cancellations, please pick up your luggage at the following places:
1) Check-in area: at the exit of the domestic arrivals hall on the first floor.
2) Boarding area: from baggage carousel 41 in the arrivals hall on the first floor.
2. International flights
Pick up your luggage at CSAIR's check-in duty manager counter or at a designated area.
1. Hotel accommodation: You may check in at the desk near Gate 50 of the arrival hall on the first floor of Terminal T2.
2. Food: The waiting area near the boarding gate of the corresponding flight.
