There are two Arrival Halls: The Arrival Hall is located at the first floor of Western Corridor (B Zone) (Security Point B1, B2 and B3, respectively)

Baggage Claim Hall is located on the first floor, whose entrance is equipped with a baggage carousel screen. Please find the right carousel corresponding to your flight number. Please check your baggage tag to avoid collecting wrong baggage. After collecting your baggage, please show the baggage tag to the officers at the exit door. It is required to check your collected baggage and the baggage tag before you leave the baggage claim area. Please consult the officers at the exit door for any baggage enquiries (e.g. lost and damaged baggage).

Departure from the Airport
After baggage claim you will leave the International Arrival Lobby through Gate A1, where you may meet your family members or friends. You may also make an enquiry at the Hotel Enquiry Counter or Information Counter. Airport shuttles or taxis are available for departure from the airport.
