For passengers who bought the ticket through CZ's website and need to apply for reimbursement, please claim your travel itinerary (reimbursement claim document) at the e-commerce counter of China Southern on the date of the flight at the airport; in special cases, if the airport is not able to offer such document, please call 4006695539 or 95539-4 within a month after the trip to apply for mailing, and the document will be mailed to you via registered letter. Late applications will not be accepted.
