T&C

  1. “ Promotional sales period” means 0:00 to 24:00 on 26 December 2015 Australian Easter Daylight Time.
  2. One gift will be given to one ticket number (except for unlimited Gifts for Kids). All gifts will be distributed on the “first come, first served” basis. The sequence will be based on the time shown in the China Southern Airlines’ ticketing system.
  3. A higher class ticket purchaser might choose to get a gift that is eligible for a lower class ticket. Such a request should be put in writing to sydres@csair.com.au with the subject: “Boxing Day Sales to Get a New Year’s Day Gift.” China Southern Airlines’ customer service team would try to satisfy such requests based on the stock.
  4. Multiple choice for the gifts would be sent out randomly. Any special request should be put in writing to sydres@csair.com.au with the subject: “Boxing Day Sales to Get a New Year’s Day Gift.” China Southern Airlines’ customer service team would try to satisfy such requests based on the stock.
  5. How to get the gifts :
    1. China Southern Airlines would send an email to the customer advising the location to collect the gift.
      1. Customers in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth could collect their gifts from local China Southern Office.
      1. The Customer Service Team would advise customers from other areas on how to collect their gifts.
  6. China Southern Airlines reserves all the rights to explain and interpret the details of this promotion.
