In response to the strong earthquake that happened in Nepal on April 25, 2015, and in order to secure passengers’ security of life and property and to facilitate their refund and change, China Southern has made the “Notice about Involuntary Refund and Change of Tickets Related with Nepal Earthquake”. Now the applicable dates of travel are extended as follows:
1. Applicable tickets: Tickets in CZ stock, whose ticket date was on or before April 25, 2015, and which include segment(s) between Guangzhou and Kathmandu operated by China Southern departing on or after April 25 and on or before June 30, 2015.
2. The unused parts of applicable tickets hereof are permitted to be processed as involuntary refund or change.
3. Tickets permitted in this notice to be involuntarily changed are permitted to be changed within the validity of the ticket.
